Quality Policy

E & R Property Services is committed to leadership through provision of quality cleaning services.

The test to this quality will be how well we anticipate and satisfy our customer needs. This is our corporate goal.

We are committed to a program continuous improvement in the quality of the products and services we provide and in the performance of our line and staff, by maintaining a Quality Management System. Our clients are provided with a Cleaners Communication Book which is used to report any issues that may occur and action is taken with management and staff.  We carry out Quality inspections throughout our sites, this is undertaken by our supervisors and copies of reports are handed to our clients.

We will concentrate on continuously improving the way we undertake every task, working safely, using equipment and materials correctly and abiding by State and Commonwealth Legislation.

This will require teamwork from that entire share an interest in the company’s success: Management and Employees.
